INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE APPLICATION FORM PLEASE USE GOOGLE CHROME OR MOZILLA BROWSER. YOU MUST HAVE PDF READER IN YOUR SYSTEM. All fields are mandatory so fill the all fields carefully. ONCE THE FORM IS SUBMITTED THERE WILL BE NO OPTION TO MODIFY. IF ANYTHING WRONG ENTRY DONE YOU ARE REQUESTED TO APPLY AGAIN. In case of physically challenged candidate % of disability must be mentioned. In case of sports – quota candidate : Games & level of participation must be mentioned. After complete and successful filling of the online form click on submit button and you will be redirect to another screen to print Challan and Application form. If you do not see the confirmation page please scroll up the current browser window. Click on Print Challan and a PDF from of two copy of challans in a single page will be previewed. Then Click on Print button and collect the Hard copy of the challans. Next go to the previous page and click Print Form and similar to the above an admission form will be previewed. Then click on print button and collect the admission form. This admission form will be required at the time of counseling with duly signed up by candidate and guardian and also a passport size photo affixed.
